NEW CEO - ANNESTA HOFER

Barbara Kenyon, and the board of Trustees of GRIP are truly pleased to introduce you to the new CEO of GRIP. Annesta Hofer holds a cum laude degree in Social Work plus solid 'hands on' and management experience in fields closely related to the work we are doing in GRIP. We conducted a national search for the right person to 'grow' Barbara's vision of nurturing our survivors of abuse and are confident that Annesta will grow GRIP to the next level of maturity and delivery to the most vulnerable in our society.

Barbara will not be leaving GRIP - she will on the Board of trustees in a non-executive roll, whilst incubating a new avenue of community service in the field of child support. Annesta will thus be able to tap into Barbara's knowledge and wisdom as she establishes her own leadership of GRIP.

We are confident that you will find Annesta as passionate and committed to our vulnerable children and adults, as Barbara has always been. She takes over from Barbara on 1st April 2007 and we trust you will embrace her as she settles in and establishes herself in this new community service roll.
